You can browse, read, and book calls. Don't try to break it, scrape it, or use it to do anything illegal. Standard stuff.

If you become a client, the specific terms of our engagement (scope, fees, term, confidentiality, intellectual property, termination) live in a separate agreement signed by both parties. Those terms govern the working relationship.

We own the site, the brand, the methodology, the playbooks, and the trade secrets developed in our work. You own your account, your content, your audience, and your brand, period. The engagement agreement makes this explicit.

We work hard and we have a track record, but creator businesses depend on a thousand variables we don't control. We don't promise specific revenue outcomes on this site or anywhere else. Past results aren't a guarantee of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolution Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. For paying clients, liability is capped per the engagement agreement.

We may update these terms. Material changes get posted here with a new date. Active clients are notified by email.
